Job Responsibilities

• Experienced in Tally and ERP software
  
• Experienced in Preparing Financial Statements
  
• Experienced in Preparing Periodical Budget
  
• Conduct Audit on Timely basis.
  
• Experienced in handlining cash
  
• Professional experience- Minimum CA CC.
  
• Carry out/Record financial transaction following the standard accounting practices.
  
• Ensure record keeping of all transactions and ensure accurate provisioning.
  
• Confirm Tax, Vat and other regulatory compliance of the organization for all kind of transactions.
  
• Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
  
• Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition.
  
• Check daily sales, and delivery.
  
• To entry Bank's loan related documents
  
• To calculate Bank interest, LC related cost booking
  
• To prepare invoicing-Local and Import
  
• To complete fixed assets related entry
  
• To calculate depreciation & prepare depreciation statement as per schedule
  
• Any others job related to finance and accounts as assigned by management.
  
• Preparing Bank & Party reconciliation statement monthly basis.
  
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions as needed.
  
• Well documentation of all accounting and financial papers.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Studies (MBS)
  
• BBS/MBS from any reputed University
  
• Skills Required: Accounting and Finance

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro Industries

Additional Requirements

• Age 27 to 30 years
  
• Should have good experience on ERP
  
• Good Command on English & Computer

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
