A. Job Purpose

The Management Trainee is a six-month fixed term position, well suited to the individual aiming to advance his/her career in national and international development sector and gain hands on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. FFB Management Trainee will get unique opportunity for learning every aspect to successfully implement program and run day to day business operations.

C. What We Offer

• Mentor freshers and young professionals from diverse academic backgrounds to enhance their educational experience through practical assignments.

D. Responsibilities 

• Learn various staff functions, including operations, programs, management strategies, policies, and practices of the organization.
• Meet SMART goals and objectives set by supervisors and senior management in an effective and efficient manner.
• Receive assignments and perform duties in several departments and projects including but not limited to both operations and programs.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. related to department job functions and assigned tasks.
• Learn and practice business communication, inter-personal relationship, knowledge management, office etiquette and protocols.
• Submit a through report of the 6 months Management Trainee program

E. Requirements   

• Advanced university degree in English/Development Studies/International Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication / Biotechnology/Genetic Engineering/Agriculture/Fine Arts/Finance/Web development or any other discipline.
• Proven ability to think creatively and work under pressure and deadline.
• Excellent communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bangla.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
• Young professionals are encouraged to apply based on their interest and requirement for professional growth.
• Freshers with excellent writing and communication skill and motivation to work in development sector are encouraged to apply.

F. Management Trainee Summary

• Program Duration: 24-weeks.
• BDT 20,000/- 25,000/ month will be provided as remuneration.
• Other Benefits: As per organizational policy.  
• Location: Dhaka with ability and willingness to travel and stay outside Dhaka as and when required.
