Position: Social Commerce Specialist

This position will have to manage all clients’ social commerce needs and help close the loop of their customers’ purchase journey.

S/he is responsible for facilitating meetings with clients, monitoring analytics.

To be successful as a Social Commerce Specialist, a person must have excellent knowledge of several social media platforms and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to gauge their needs.
  • Brief the social media team on the needs of clients.
  • Delegate specific tasks to team members.
  • Ensure that team members adhere to deadlines.
  • Work with Marketing Team to execute campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor analytics for campaigns.
  • Create analytics chart and case studies.
  • Provide feedback and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Digital Marketing & Communication or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, online sales & marketing or social commerce.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent time management skills.
