Key Job Responsibilities:
Factory Head will watch over and organize the daily operations of SAMSUNG Mobile Manufacturing Plant. Factory Head will oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely. He will maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, collecting and looking through data to find places of waste or places of improvement, keep an eye on worker safety and plant safety, monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order, and repair or replace the equipment when needed. The following will be his key responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, formulating, directing and controlling the production activities.
- Making a plan for the production meetings, schedules of the employees, activities for the production
- Handling of the timelines and job priorities including the allocation of resources to suit the set timelines and objectives of the company.
- Implementing factory production strategic project and adding it on the standard plant strategy.
- Cooperate with other production supervisors to determine the most ideal practices and solutions for the company.
- Supervision of the quality standards including the enforcements of the quality control programs.
- Reviewing the total performance and identification of the training requirements of the Quality personnel.
- Communicating with the supply chain management & sales management to make sure that the shipping and receiving schedule will be followed.
- Plans for the maintenance of the machine and keeping the budget and quality of the company’s product.
- Evaluating the efficient maintenance and repair of the safety policies and standards
- Managing TPM schedule for factory equipment’s & utilities.
Educational Requirements
- Honors /Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Science
- MBA is preferred
Experience Requirements
The applicants must have more than 15 years’ experience in the following area(s):
- Production in any reputed mobile manufacturing company (SAMSUNG/NOKIA preferred)
- Product Development Engineering- Mobile Manufacturing Operations
Competencies & skills:
- Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
