Job Description / Responsibility
- Ability to create any business model or strategy development facilitate in ensuring effective background analysis, context build up, data analysis and so on.
- Skill to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and well-defined use cases to understand business processes, approval workflows, escalation paths.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up the process.
- Must have to Knowledge on - all the System, Process & Parameter of Tender on Online & offline Manual. With Knowledge of Technically & Commercial aspect also.
- Perform all commercial activities, monitor & manage import/export related all works as per L/C terms & conditions which includes, liaison with buyers/sellers, bank, insurance, shipping, courier, clearing agent, customs, customs bond commissioner ate, Tax, VAT related works.
- To ensure preparation of export relevant documents, Proforma Invoice, EXP, Bill of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packaging List, GSP, B/L etc. as and when required.
- Strongly follow up with factory & shipping company / forwarder for sea, land & air shipment for on time delivery.
- Liaison with Store team to maintain optimum stock level as per plan.
- Prepare the actual costing and submit the bills of clearing agent and courier against import & export works.
Experience Requirements
Academic Qualification
- Graduate in technical sector/ Business Graduate / equivalent qualification with MBA from any reputed Institution.
- Candidates having O/A Levels Background will be given preference.
