E-Zone HRM Limited is now accepting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following vacancies under third party outsourcing contract modality:

Communication Associate

Duty Station: WCO-BAN, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Contract Duration: Till 31 December 2025 (Renewable based upon satisfactory performance & availability of funds)

Contract Start Date: 1 September 2025

Reporting Line: NPO – Communications & Media (1st level), Deputy WR (2nd level)

A. Background

Under the overall supervision of the Deputy UN AGENCIES Representative and the direct technical supervision of the National Professional Officer – Communication and Media, the incumbent will undertake the following tasks to support both internal and external communication activities of UN Agencies Bangladesh. The incumbent will also maintain close coordination with the Team Leads of UN Agencies Bangladesh Country Office on technical and administrative matters:

B. Major Responsibilities

The incumbent will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the UN AGENCIES Communications Unit in positioning UN AGENCIES Bangladesh as a thought leader in health and well-being through the strategic use of digital media.
  • Capture, edit, and curate photographs and videos in compliance with copyright regulations, and manage UN AGENCIES Bangladesh’s online photo repository.
  • Assist in managing digital platforms to strengthen UN AGENCIES Bangladesh’s online presence.
  • Support the maintenance and content management of the UN AGENCIES Bangladesh website, including layout updates, content publishing, and routine upkeep.
  • Support the Communications Unit in media engagement activities
  • Contribute to the production of consistent, high-quality multimedia content.

C. Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in media & communication
  • Master’s degree in media & communication

Experience:

Essential:

  • At least three years’ experience in Communication and media in INGO or UN.

Desirable:

  • Skilled in professional photography, videography, and graphic designing. 
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics with proven growth results
  • Strong background in journalism with good network with journalist

D. Consultancy Costs& others benefits:

Monthly salary BDT 109,665.00/- (Including Tax) per month.
