IT ASSISTANT
Duty Station: NTP Store, Dhaka

Reporting to: Programme Manager
A. Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in IT support (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT professional) is a plus.
B. Experience:
- 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT troubleshooting
- Experience in network troubleshooting, hardware/software installation and system maintenance
C. Payment:
IT Assistant will get BDT - 28,355/= (BD Taka – Twenty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty-Five) (Taxable).
