Office Shohayok
Duty Station: National Malaria Elimination Program Office, DGHS.
Contract Duration: Up to 31 December 2025. There is possibility of further extension of the tenure subject to availability of funding and satisfactory performance.

Reporting to: Deputy Program Manager, National Malaria Elimination Program
A. Scope of Services:
Under the guidance of Line Director, CDC, DGHS and Supervised by Deputy Program Manager, National Malaria Elimination Program, Directorate General of Health Services, the Office Shohayok
will work at NMEP for The Global Fund grants, including but not limited to the below:
- Neat arrangement and cleanliness of office, furniture, records and others as required.
- Assist the officials in organizing training or any event.
- Filing of documents, transfer office files, letters, documents and others related materials from one desk to another or to another office as directed by respective officers.
- Provide logistical support to the officials as required.
- The incumbent will work as directed by their respective officer.
- Undertake any other activities as assigned by the Line Director, CDC and the Supervisor.
B. Payment:
Office Shohayok will get BDT 45,400 (BD Taka-forty-five thousand four hundred) (Taxable)
C. Required Qualifications and Experience:
- S.S.C pass
- Experience in working as Office Shohayok will be an added advantage.
