E-Zone HRM Limited is now accepting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following vacancies under third party outsourcing contract modality:
Data Assistant at Upazila Level
Duty Station: One of the Upazilas in Cox’s Bazar
Contract Duration: Till June 30, 2024
Number of Vacancies: 07 (seven)
Contract Type: Contract with E-Zone/Special Agreement with E-Zone
Contract Start Date: As soon as possible (ASAP)
Reporting to: First level Supervisor
Position level: Equivalent to SSA 4 (Step 1) through
A. Terms of Reference (TOR):
1. The data entry operator will be stationed at assigned upazila
2. H/She will work closely with UHF&PO and under supervision of NCD Officer
3. Collate the data under all deliverables of HGSP
4. Responsible for collating and compiling NCD data from Community Clinics & Upazilas for
analyzing trend
5. Enter the data in the existing system for generating monthly reports on NCD and other
programs
6. Assists to maintain hard and softcopies of data from reports for periodic evaluation for
programmatic purpose
7. Coordinate with statisticians of Upazilas for timely collection NCD and data executive
under HGSP at WHO Sub office
8. Any other task assigned by the supervisor
B. Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Essential: University degree in Data Management, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant discipline from an accredited /recognized institute.
- Desirable: Certificate in Information Technology and Data Management would be an advantage
Experience:
- Essential: At least 2 years of professional experience in Data Management
- Desirable: One year of working experience in public health programs and working experience in international organizations

Languages:
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Computer Literacy:
Proficient in using computer application software: MS – Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to produce reports, compose email, create multi-media presentations. Knowledge of Acrobat Reader, MS Access, SQL, Epi-Info, or SPSS or STATA would be desirable
C. Consultancy Costs:
Monthly salary: Each Assistant will get BDT 65,946 + Living allowance (as applicable) per month.
D. Administrative Issues:
The Data Assistants will be responsible to pay all taxes as per government rules and regulations. E-Zone will make statutory deductions towards income tax as per government rules and regulations.
