Service Officer (Customer Service/Cash Operation)
For one of our prominent patrons, a leading First Generation private bank having 200+ branch network all over the country we are immediately looking for fresh, smart, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking individuals to fulfill the growing need at entry level on full time basis under direct employment with the Bank.
Functional Job Role / Nature:
- Entry Level Service Officer (Customer Service/Cash Operation)
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any Subject/Discipline with no third Class/Division/equivalent result in any level
Major Competencies
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skill in Bengali & English
- Smart in appearance with pleasant personality
- Capable to work under pressure
Service Condition and Salary:
- Probation period for Cash Operations is 06-09 months and for Customer Service Operations is 09-12 months.
- After successful completion of probation period s/he will be absorbed as confirmed to respective job grade in the Bank
- Monthly salary range during probationary period is from Tk.20,000/- to Tk.30,000/- as per policy of the Bank
- The successful candidate will have to execute an undertaking to the effect that s/he will service the Bank for at least 05 (five) years from the date of confirmation
- All other relevant terms and conditions will also be applicable as per Policy of the Bank
