Functional Job Role / Nature:
- Junior Officer (On Probation)
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any Subject/Discipline with at least 01 (One) first class/division/equivalent and no third Class/Division/equivalent result in any level
Major Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English
- Capable to work under pressure
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities
Service Condition and Salary:
- After successful completion of one year probation period s/he will be absorbed as confirmed employee to respective job grade in the Bank
- Monthly salary during probationary period is Tk.32,000/- as per policy of the Bank. After confirmation monthly salary will be Tk.39,000/-.
- The successful candidate will have to execute an undertaking to the effect that s/he will serve the Bank for at least 05 (five) years from the date of confirmation
- All other relevant terms and conditions will also be applicable as per Policy of the Bank
