Job Responsibilities

• Must have proper skill in Auto CAD, 3D Software like Sketchup & Lumion.
• Must have proper knowledge about Interior & Exterior, Plumbing and Electrical Plan.
• Must have proper skill in about Exterior Animation.
• Must have sound knowledge of interior works with knowledge of proper ergonomics,
• Have to be Capable to move and travel to any district of Bangladesh for Project meeting & Project Supervision.
• Knowledge about materials & implementations.
• Must have skilled in proper working drawings.
• Must have good English communication skill.

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Designing Company
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Project Management, Drafting, Building & Factory Design with 3d Visualization.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Furniture Manufacturer and Furniture Design.

• The designer must have strong Knowledge to implementation of the Kitchen cabinet, Wall Cabinet, Interior design. Such as full flat, for living room, for Drawing or bed room and for shop, office, showroom, Hospital, Resort, etc.
• Take measurement from project sites.
• Convincing the customers and finalizing the deal professionally by identifying customer's need.
• Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers and make sure that the client likes the design.

Salary

• TK.30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
• will depend on your performance
