POSITION:                                           Customer Relationship Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to Head of Freight Operations the positions shall be responsible to maintain Customer relation & Management for commercial purpose which includes but not limited to:

• Keep close contact with customers (shippers/agents/ buyers) through all modes of contact.
  
• Meet services queries, matters in course of smooth handling and ensure services.
  
• Make physical visit shippers office periodically, meet related queries from customers.
  
• Coordinate educating vendors through arranging vendor conference.
  
• Confirm booking approval to shippers/local buying agent within 1 hour of receiving approval
  
• Meet agent/clients’ requirements according to SOP outlined foe each.
  
• Prepare and Send shipment information to shipper on time.
  
• Prepare invoice against each shipment within the same day or next day
  
• Maintain customer/agents database, contact details, log sheet.
  
• Make sure filing procedure done properly as per SOP and furnishing commercial details
• Visit offices of the customers/shipping lines/airlines for departmental purposes as assigned.

JOB LOCATION:                                      Tejagon, Dhaka

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum BBA/MBA/MCom/MA ( English)/Post graduate diploma in business management
  
• Minimum 2/3 Years’ experience in Customers Services, Customer relations/Management
  
• Prior experience in freight, logistics, courier/express, airline cargo, shipping lines would be an added advantages.
