Position: Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager (Pre-Sales), Business Development Unit

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team
  • Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Teams stated requirements
  • Work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of Pre-sales activities
  • Liaison with Product Manager and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
  • Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • Responsible for preparing for meetings and understanding differentiators between the company and its Competitors.
  • Demonstrating and presenting the solution and its value.
  • Make plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
  • Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
  • Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
  • Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
  • Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
  • Manage relationships and service quality & standards.
  • Provide inputs with the strategic knowledge of country market environment and customer needs to facilitate principal marketing team to formulate their marketing programs.
  • Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
  • Monitor & follow up all corporate sales promotions & campaigns to bring effective result.
  • Able to work in a team under pressure.
  • Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development team member’s productive sales.

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in CSC/ EEE.
  • Graduation in any discipline or Diploma with vast knowledge in similar field will be considered.
  • Skilled person highly encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 year(s) in Network and Security (CC & IP Surveillance) Field.
  • Should have practical knowledge in IT Product and Security & Surveillance product knowledge is added advantage.
  • Technical skills combined with a good understanding of sales situations.
