Job Title: Production Manager, Packaging & Accessories (Carton & Level)

Education:
- B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/Masters in any disciplines.
- Diploma in Printing Technology preferred.
Experience:
- 10 to 12 years’ Experience in Carton/Packaging industries & Garments Accessories.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop optimum plant utilization through better usage of workforce, machine & materials in line with operational compliance.
- Analysis operations and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
- Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning, information support and analysis.
- Continuously strive to minimize cost Develop and implement production schedules and timelines for garment production line.
- Daily production achievement monitor & follow-up weekly shipment alert report.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments involved in the production process.
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and provides strategic solutions.
- Manages day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various BR business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
- Works with sales teams to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
- Plays a significant role in planning, project reporting, & implementing change control processes.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Identifies trends and assesses opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Assesses a variety of situations and provides clarity to team and stakeholders. Understanding and follow the customer procedures for order execution.
- Proven capability to understand different buyers spec & requirements.
- Managing quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods in various functional departments.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
- Plan, schedule, execute & follow up on monthly maintenance while ensuring work completion as planned.
- Attend electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machineries to minimize production loss.
- Provide support to departments through effective review processes, plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities ( both scheduled and unscheduled)
- Supervise ongoing operation of Power & Energy Division (REB, Diesel Generator, Solar, industrial UPS etc.)
- Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective.
- Oversee sourcing of spare parts, expense, billing & other relevant tasks.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
