Export Marketing Manager

We need a talented Marketer who can manage International marketing (For Frozen food) & buyer sourcing -to-end – from factory. You will work closely with all Exports business and merchandising. You will also be responsible for building marketing solutions that can scale globally.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Marketing tools and widgets
- Manage strategy and execution of site merchandising calendar.
- Support the creation of emails, category pages, and campaigns
- Identify opportunities for scale to improve processes and productivity, in order to support an organization that must scale at a rapid pace.
- Develop marketing KPIs and present results and learnings in weekly, monthly, and quarterly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives.
- Partner with Business, Finance, and Tech Teams to align marketing strategies and business priorities.
- Work closely with global marketing teams on marketing plans and partner on common goals/ initiatives.
- Sourcing new global buyers to supply food items.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge & experience on Frozen food item manufacturing & supply chain.
- Site merchandising & marketing experience on frozen & dry food item export.
- Creative skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present to
- Demonstrated leadership and expertise in consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a frugal and pragmatic marketing team culture with a strong bias for action.
- A creative and analytical mind that thrives in a data-driven environment.
- Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to be part of building something new.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.
- Strong drive for results and comfort in taking calculated risks.
- Conversant in data modeling and customer behavior analytics.
- Experience working with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders to define opportunities.
- Experience in global marketing, ideally managing geographically diverse customer segments through a central team.
- Strong Sourcing knowledge.
