Sales Manager- Food Supply (UK)

Job Description –

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of Eurofoods products
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for by your director
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Controlling the Business Sales Margins, making sure you are competitive and Maximising profits.
  • Supporting Sales staff.
  • Monitoring Stock levels and coordinating with Purchasing to arrange stock.
  • Monitoring Service levels, and issues improving on it.
  • Scheduling Delivery routes to satisfy customer needs, liaising with transport team.
  • Liaising with Warehouse team on day to day basis ensuring stock availability, quality are acceptable.
  • Submitting timesheets, confirming payroll, scheduling holidays, and authorising weekly expenses.

Required-

  1. 3-4  years experience in sales & marketing department  (Food Sector)
  2. English Proficiency
  3. Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  4. Minimum graduation degree.
