Job Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient in Electrical line-layout designing, panel board designing, all fire alarm designs, sprinkler system designs, fire hydrant, central PA system etc.
- Should be able to diagnose an electrical problem on the machine using electronic instruments and also able to fix or overhaul mechanical systems and components on the machines.
- Should be able to monitor, supervise & guide all technicians for smooth execution of all maintenance works to ensure smooth operations of the factory.
- Servicing and maintenance of electrical sub-station of capacity more than 5,000VA.
- Research, design, evaluate, install, operate and maintain mechanical/ electrical/ electro-mechanical products, equipment as per requirements.
- Collect and analyze data and to perform basic maintenance/ engineering works as required.
- Responsible for overall maintenance of all machineries, utility m/c, Electric supply, Generator, Compressor etc.
- This position also should ensure, understand and interpret the requirements of the platform of buyers named Accord, Alliance & other buyers and provide proper guidelines to meet the requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain electrical control systems and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability.
- Completion of projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover.
- Working to British (BS), European (EN) and other standards;
- Conducting tests of different types according to the demand of the buyers/customers for Safety Audit of the factory and recording, analyzing and interpreting test data;
- Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects.
- Supervise any other task as per company demand.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any Public University.
- Must be MIEB.
Experience Requirements:
- 8 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Installation/Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Service/support
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments, Group of Companies, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

- Age 38 to 48 year(s)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Having good personality and leadership skill.
- Problem Diagnosis and Solution Ability
- Computer skills: Basic IT Skill, MS Word, Excel, Power point and other software required for electrical operation of a big garment manufacture industry etc.
