Key Account Manager - Textiles (Industrial Distribution)

Job Context: Drive sustained profitable business growth in Textile Segment aftermarket business through Distribution Channels aligned with organization strategy to ensure long term success.
Job Location: Dhaka
Employment Status: Contractual
Job Responsibility:
- Develop strategy to achieve profitable business growth, market penetration & reach through Distribution network
- Grow the Textile segment Distribution business and deliver the results by deploying key strategies
- Work closely with Territory Managers for deploying key segment strategies and initiatives and drive business growth in identified customers
- Sales forecasting for facilitating capacity booking and ensure availability
- Develop Marketing plans and share inputs on Price Strategy for the segment
- Create a capability and competency in distributor’s organization ie DSF, CSE, CMP
- Implement Funnel Management process for capturing opportunities and new prospects
- Implement robust review process to achieve defined targets for the segment
- Metrics
- Secondary Sales Revenue and profitability
- Monitor Major Textile accounts sales growth
- Penetration : Market Coverage (Products and Service offerings)
- Reach: New Customer Additions (Products and Service Offerings)
- Connected Machines
Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Engineering (Textile preferred) with knowledge of textile Industry.
Experience Requirement:
- 05-07 years of experience in sales of engineering goods/spares to the Textile customers
- Preferred : Experience of working with Distribution channel
Required Competences:
- Good hands on segment knowledge of various facets like Spinning, Weaving, Process, Raffia, MMF industry, Non-woven, etc,
- Business Acumen and basic Financial Knowledge
- Domain Knowledge (Market/Product/Segment)
- Market and Customer Orientation
- Value selling: be able to develop value around solutions/offers
- Interpersonal Relationships, Network in the segment/ associations

Salary Range: BDT 85,000 to BDT 95,000 (Will depend on competency)
