Job Responsibilities:
- To conduct patients, Visitors and guests.
- Maintains Safe and healthy work environment.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Analyze patient/visitors conversation and opinion to getting service and satisfaction.
- To control and monitor security services.
- Develop and implement the security policies, protocols and procedures.
- Documentation work with computer & reports update.
- Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years supervisory experience in hospital.
- Preferred retired Army / BGB officer with requisite qualifications and experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Age limit (30-35) years.
- Only Males are allowed to apply.
- Must be gentle, smart and intelligent.
- Computer knowledge is must, skilled in Ms Office, MS Excel
- Should have very good interpersonal communication skill.
- Candidate must have good command in English & Bangali.
- Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
