Job Context
We are a fast growing Pharmaceuticals Company in Bangladesh seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Marketing to lead the Company marketing department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, a deep understanding of the Bangladesh healthcare Side, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies. As the Head of Market, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing a team of marketing professionals, and contributing to our Company’s overall growth and success.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness in the pharmaceutical industry
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to make informed decisions and drive marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products. Ensure effective positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Oversee brand development and management, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Work closely with creative and design teams to maintain brand integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs. Provide support to sales initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies. Stay updated on pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make data-backed decisions and optimize future marketing strategies.
Educational Requirements
- MBA/Masters in Marketing/M. Pharm
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 45 years
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-oriented mindset.
Job Location: Dhaka with Able to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
