Objective of the Role:
The Manager - Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering projects on time within budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Site development and construction feasibility studies.
- Manage project budget, time line and resource allocation to ensure efficient project implementation.
- Contractor management and liaison with local authorities to ensure clear communication and alignment to project.
- Conduct site inspection & technical expertise to resolve construction and design challenge.
- Knowledge and strong understanding about industry, new technologies and best practices in Civil Engineering.
- Must need deep experience in BOQ, Civil Engineering, cost estimate, drawing and design, finishing work, interior, project planning, quality control, etc.
- Project reporting to the authorities.
- Skill in Auto CAD for 2D/3D modelling.
- Must have working experience with RSC Audit.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant field.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferable Graduation in Civil Engineering).
Salary: BDT 60,000/month (Negotiable)
TA/DA Allowance: At actual. Location: Signboard, Board bazar, Gazipur.
