(EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO, DAIKIN, TOSHIBA etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following position for its Dealer Sales & Marketing Division, Retail Sales Department and Digital Marketing Department :
Position : National Sales Manager - Dealer Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to work as the team leader for marketing and business development for dealers / distributors and retailers nation-wide.
- Should have sound knowledge about overall market and should know the easiest route to communicate with the Dealer / Distributor.
- Able to create new dealers / retailers.
- Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing conditions of all the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and Sincerity.
- Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
- Should have adequate knowledge and technics to motivate dealers / distributors / retailers and boost up overall company's sales.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
- Generate Daily / Monthly / half-yearly / yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
- Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & internet, and report writing is required.
- Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.
Requirements:
Qualification : MBA / Master’s Degree under any discipline.
Experience : Minimum 10 (Ten) years’ job experience with reputed brand(s) in Dealer / Distributor Channel and in the same trade.
Additional Requirements:
- Age Below 45 (Forty Five) Years
- Should be honest and hard working
- Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
- Good Command in Bengali & English.
- Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
- Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;
Job Location: Should be prepared to work at any place/zone in Bangladesh.
