Position: In-Charge-Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as the key person of the showroom to enhance and develop the sales & marketing as well as to achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.
  • To run individually a showroom / display center where 5-8 personnel are engaged for daily retail sales of all different brands and commodities represented by the company.
  • Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gaining attraction from potential customers.
  • Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including, sales, marketing, accounts, inventory, customer relations & care.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Generate Monthly / half-yearly / yearly reports in accordance with various report formats to the management.
  • Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
  • Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.


Qualification: Bachelor Degree under any discipline. Masters/MBA will be considered as added advantage.

Experience:  Minimum 5 (five) years job experience as a Manager / In-Charge at showroom with similar reputed organization / brand.

Age Limit :  Below 36 (Thirty Six) Years

Position:  Executive-Showroom Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as a sales person in our retail showrooms /display centers in different locations throughout the country.
  • Should have the quality of prompt interaction and fast decision-making in any situation.
  • Should have a good presentation and communicative skills.
  • Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gaining attraction from potential customers.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level oral communication skills are required.
  • Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.


Qualification  :  Bachelor's Degree under any discipline.

Experience  :   Fresher applicants are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in showroom sales in similar reputed organization / brand showroom is preferable.

Age Limit  :  Below 25 (Twenty Five) Years 

Position : Executive-Call Center

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound communications (calls, email, sms) are maintained in QA (Quality Assurance) guidelines.
  • All sort of customer complaint receive and support all kinds of products & service related problems / issues.
  • Arrange site visit by the engineers / technical professionals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cross check service and conveyance related bills, and if any dues is found forward the bill properly to billing section.
  • Respond / Feedback to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone.
  • Initiate, process and follow up the sale.
  • Responsible for after sales service call and ensure complaint feedback to customers.
  • Report day to day activities to Customer Service Manager / Service In-charge.
  • Any other job assigned by the company time to time.


Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline from any recognized institution.

Experience  :  Minimum 3 (Three) years job experience in the field.

Age Limit  :  Below 35 (Thirty Five) Years

Additional Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Front desk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Bengali and English.
  • Customer Service Attitude and cares to serve.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Able to Multi-Task.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment / software programs. Email correspondence and Internet knowledge is compulsory.

Position :  Site Engineer - HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as an individual or in a team for installation & commissioning of HVAC Projects.
  • Maintain communication and supply chain for relevant project.
  • Should be self-motivated to take up and complete the project works resembling the highest Quality and Sincerity.
  • Generate Daily/Monthly/Half-Yearly/Yearly reports on project and site activity.
  • Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet and should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
  • Should be prepared to be assigned at any location in Bangladesh.


Qualification :  Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / Mechanical Engineering / EEE from any recognized institution with excellent educational track record (academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).

Experience : Minimum 3 (Three) years job experience in the field of installation, commissioning and maintenance of VRF, Chiller, Ducted Split, Precision Type and HVAC Equipment.

Age Limit  :   Below 30 (Thirty) Years
