Electro Mart Ltd. (EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as a manufacturer, Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. having different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, TOSHIBA, DAIKIN, HAIKO etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following positions :

Position : Sr. Executive - Digital Marketing & Ecommerce

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Social media (Facebook), Website query management, Editing Image, Photo-shoot, posting.
  • Must understand Facebook and Social Marketing & boosting, Graphics and Photoshop experience.
  • Content Writing & Development, reviewing and analyzing websites content and blog posts for writing new topics / keywords based articles and posts.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Building and maintaining a brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
  • All e-commerce platforms’ query, order, delivery and customer feedback management.
  • All events for online quiz etc. management.
  • Regularly conversation with customer and arrange on time delivery and payment collection.
  • Maintain Official paper work, delivery management, Stock Handle.
  • Any other job assigned by the company time to time.

Requirements:

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline from any recognized institution with excellent educational track record. Diploma in Computer Science / Graphic Design / Digital Marketing is preferable.

Experience : Minimum 3 (Three) years job experience in the field.

Age Limit : Below 35 (Thirty Five) Years

Additional Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branding, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing.
  • The candidate must be proficient in both Bengali & English and have a detailed understanding of the full official paper work, using email or whatsapp, etc.
  • Must understand Facebook Marketing & boosting, Leaflet design and distribute.
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Bengali and English.
  • Must understand Photoshop editing for digital marketing.
  • Should have a positive approach, good manners, and responsible behavior.
  • Knowledge about MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and Internet is compulsory.

Position : Executive - Customer Care

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all inbound and outbound communications (calls, email, sms) are maintained in QA (Quality Assurance) guidelines.
  • All sort of customer complaint receive and support all kinds of products & service related problems / issues.
  • Arrange site visit by the engineers / technical professionals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Cross check service and conveyance related bills, and if any dues is found forward the bill properly to billing section.
  • Respond / Feedback to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone.
  • Initiate, process and follow up the sale.
  • Responsible for after sales service call and ensure complaint feedback to customers.
  • Report day to day activities to Customer Service Manager / Service In-charge.
  • Any other job assigned by the company time to time.

Requirements:

Qualification :

Experience : Minimum 3 (Three) years job experience in the field.

Age Limit : Below 35 (Thirty Five) Years

Additional Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Front desk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Bengali and English.
  • Customer Service Attitude and cares to serve.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Able to Multi-Task.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment / software programs. Email correspondence and Internet knowledge is compulsory.
