(EML), a largest Business house in Bangladesh, having been continuing its business as an Importer and Marketer of wide range of electronic home appliances & durables like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Color TVs, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, Water Purification Systems, Kitchen Appliances, etc. under different international brands e.g. KONKA, GREE, HAIKO etc. is now searching for qualified and experienced individual for the following positions for its Exclusive Showrooms allover Bangladesh and Hire Purchase Department of Electro Mart Ltd.:

Position    
:
 In-Charge-Showroom
Qualification
:
 Bachelor Degree under any discipline. Masters/MBA will be considered as added advantage.
Experience
:
 Minimum 5 (five) years job experience as a Manager/In-Charge at showroom with similar reputed organization/brand.
Age Limit
:
 Below 36 (Thirty Six) Years
Requirements
  • To run individually a showroom/display center where 5-8 personnel are engaged for daily retail sales of all different brands and commodities represented by the company.
  • To work as the key person of the showroom to enhance and develop the sales & marketing as well as to achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.
  • Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gain attraction from potential customers.
  • Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including, sales, marketing, accounts, inventory, customer relations & care.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Generate Monthly/half-yearly/yearly reports in accordance with various report formats and as may be required by the management.
  • Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
  • Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.

 Executive-Showroom Sales
Qualification
:
 Bachelor's Degree under any discipline.
Experience
:
 Experience is not Mandatory, Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Age Limit
:
 Below 25 (Twenty Five) Years
Requirements
  • To work as a sales person in our retail showrooms/display centers in different locations throughout the country.
  • Should have the quality of prompt interaction and fast decision-making in any situation.
  • Should have a good presentation and communicative skills.
  • Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gain attraction from potential customers.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level oral communication skills are required.
  • Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.

 Manager-Hire Purchase
Qualification
:
 Bachelor Degree under any discipline. Masters/MBA will be considered as added advantage.
Experience
:
 Minimum 5 (Five) years job experience in Hire Purchase Department with similar reputed organization/brand.
Age Limit
:
 Below 36 (Thirty Six) Years
Requirements
  • Able to guide Hire Purchase Team for Hire Purchase Sales Procedures for all showrooms managers nationwide.
  • Visit, manage, monitor and inspect the everyday operations of all showrooms in respect of Hire Purchase Sales and Cash Sales.
  • Prepare and check hire purchase application forms, documents and procedures time to time.
  • Ensure 100% credit realization and collection of all installments on time from the customers.
  • Assist all showroom managers/in-charges for the optimization of credit management processes.
  • Provide all sort of hire purchase related support and care to all showroom managers / in-charges.
  • Remittance Collection and Reconciliation Hire Purchase Accounts of all showrooms operated by the company.
  • Achieve Sales Target in terms of Hire Purchase Sales.
  • Closely monitor and prepare daily transaction and cash flow reports.
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Report.
  • Predict and analyze risks by creating credit scoring models.
  • Provide accurate market data to develop, review, credit policies as well as hire sales policies.
  • Monitor all the cash transfers/payments and bad debts.
  • Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
  • Energetic, Patience, Enthusiasm, Dedication and have sound communication and negotiable skills.
  • Keep liaison with the Retail Operation Department and report directly to GM-Sales & Marketing.
  • Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.

 O.C-Hire Purchase
Qualification
:
 Bachelor Degree under any discipline. Masters/MBA will be considered as added advantage.
Experience
:
 Minimum 2 (Two) years job experience in Hire Purchase Department with similar reputed organization/brand.
Age Limit
:
 Below 32 (Thirty Two) Years
Requirements
  • To work as a team member for Hire Purchase Sales Procedures for all showrooms managers nationwide.
  • Frequent showroom visit and inspect Cash Sales and Hire Sales.
  • Prepare and check hire purchase application forms and procedures.
  • Verify Hire Purchase Customers physically.
  • Ensure 100% credit realization and collection of all installments on time from the customers.
  • Remittance Collection and Reconciliation Hire Purchase Accounts of all showrooms operated by the company.
  • Closely monitor and prepare daily transaction and cash flow reports to Manager-Hire Purchase.
  • Monitor all the cash transfers/payments and bad debts.
  • Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
  • Energetic, Patience, Enthusiasm, Dedication and have sound communication and negotiable skills.
  • Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.

  • Report directly to Manager-Hire Purchase.
