Position    
:
 National Sales Manager - Dealer Division
Qualification
:
 MBA / Master's Degree under any discipline
Experience
:
 At least 05 (Five) Years working experience in the same position in Dealer Channel and in the same trade.
Age Limit
:
 Below 45 Years
Requirements
  • Able to work as the team leader for marketing and business development for dealers / distributors and retailers nation-wide.
  • Require warm and healthy relationship with dealer/distributor/retailer.
  • Able to create new dealers / retailers.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing activities of all the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and Sincerity.
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer.
  • Should have adequate knowledge and technics to motivate dealers / distributors / retailers and boost up overall company's sales.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
  • Generate Daily / Monthly / half-yearly / yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
  • Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & internet, and report writing is required.
  • Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.

 Divisional Manager – Dealer Sales
Qualification
:
 Bachelor’s Degree under any discipline, Masters/MBA will be considered as added advantage.
Experience
:
 Minimum 5 (five) years job experience with reputed brand(s) in Dealer Channel and in the same trade.
Age Limit
:
 Below 38 Years
Requirements
  • To work as a team member for marketing and business development for dealers and retailers nation-wide;
  • Require warm and healthy relationship with dealer/distributor/retailer.
  • To create new dealers/retailers;
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;

 Minimum 3 (three) years job experience with reputed brand(s) in Dealer Channel and in the same trade.

 Below 35 Years

  • To create new dealers/retailers;
