KAM Manager

Focus is on top customers, with the aim to grow sales. KAM Manager/Executive is responsible to drive best in class key and strategic account management.
Across APAC there are 35 strategic customers identified which feed into the top 200. Act as a business partner so can consult together across the breadth of our businesses to drive mutual growth.
You must have:
- DVM degree/Animal Husbandry with 7/5 years working experience in sales department in an Animal Health Company.

- Experience to work with Head of Sales in preparing sales strategy for successful market development.
Core competencies required:
- To manage key accounts to maximize product portfolio sales along with value creation and delivery for the customer.
- Through strong leadership, communication and exemplary use of Consultative Skills the Key Account Manager//Executive continually demonstrates the Elanco brand to the customer group.
- Responsible for updating and communicating account plans and scorecards. Need to coordinate and execute value added projects linked to customer needs by account team members.
