JOB CONTEXT:
eJogajog Limited is focusing on various areas of supply chain including transportation, inventory, logistics etc. eJogajog launched an online marketplace for commercial transportation through which we are envisioning to transform the supply chain industry in Bangladesh by designing a technology platform where both the customer and service providers will match their needs in real-time basis to ensure higher utilization and efficiency.

eJogajog is looking for Product Manager for its Product and Market organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
  
• Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
  
• Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood, and releases are delivered on time.
  
• Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features or releases.
  
• Assess competition by comparing products.
  
• Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
  
• Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams using appropriate tools for wireframing, prototyping and mockups.
  
• Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand.
  
• Market new products with sales, advertising and production teams.
  
• Develop product positioning and go to market strategy.
  
• Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management.
  
• Work with QA engineers to create test plans.
  
• Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study from any reputed University. MBA will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product Management, Requirement Analysis and gathering, Business analysis.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Application based services

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Age 28 to 38 year(s)
  
• Must be flexible- we are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected.
  
• Must possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  
• Strong internal and external communication skills including verbal, written (both Bangla and English), presentation, and active listening.

SALARY: Negotiable
