Brief Job Description

• Analyzing, implementation and design of Central Air Conditioning system. elevator’s design, fire protection and detection system design , generator and bring about cost efficient solution.
• Management of conceptual and basic design assignment as well as control and follow up of detail engineering work
• Experienced in Mechanical & Electrical engineering work with direct exposure in providing electro-mechanical solution for products such as lift, generator, central AC, fire  protection & detection system,  escalators etc.
• Proven managerial skill to lead, motivate &  coordinate an expert  team of engineers
• To supervise above mentioned works of different on going construction  projects of the company.
•  Strong in product knowledge , technical and quality analysis.
• Proven  project handling skills with excellent communication & presentation

Education:
B.Sc/ M.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical   from reputed University

Experience:
15-20  years of experience  with minimum 5  years as Head of E&M department in Real  Estate or Construction company

Salary Range:
Attractive  remuneration package will be offered commensurate with experience and qualification
