Job Title: Manager / Sr.Manager (Finance & Accounts)
a. Educational Qualification: ACMA
b. Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 10 year experience in relevant field
C. Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, IAS, ISA & other regulations).
- Organizing Board Meeting and preparing Board Meeting minutes as per agenda.
- Oversee costing of products, Analyze cost variances and ensure accurate cost allocation (raw material, labor, utilities, overheads).
- Monitor production efficiency and suggest cost control measures with the reference of actual vs budgeted cost
- Supervise financial data entry and reporting in ERP systems.
- Develop and generate timely MIS reports for senior management. Ensure integration of accounts with production and inventory modules.
d. Additional Job Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should have strong foundation in understanding the whole spectrum of finance related matters including financial risk management.
- Should possess high level analytical and conceptual skills in business and finance
- Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS office (especially advance excel) , Tally ERP, FAS
