Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a keen understanding of online marketing concepts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using basic design tools and possess a portfolio that showcases a diverse range of online marketing artworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing and effective designs for online marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media graphics, email templates, digital advertisements, and website assets.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
  
• Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials.
  
• Create and maintain a library of design assets for easy access by the marketing team.
  
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on online marketing materials.
  
• Proficiency in basic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
  
• Strong understanding of online marketing principles and the ability to create designs that drive engagement and conversions.
  
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of online marketing artworks.
  
• Knowledge of current design trends and a passion for staying informed about industry developments.
  
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
