Purpose |
Provide technical guidance to health project. Design high quality health projects in consideration of the organizational goal and the situation of the stakeholder and local health service providing agencies and provide technical support which reinforces team capacity to achieve the set milestone within specific timeframe and allocated budget. S/he will be responsible for exploration opportunity to contribute to the system for better understanding with local government. |
Engagement |
Health Specialist will initiate, develop and nurture cordial relations with relevant government agencies, partners, and the wider stakeholder and represent Educo at relevant health related events/forum at national level to ensure Educo is acknowledged as a trustworthy partner/actor. S/he will establish provide technical support to resource mobilization team , maintain good relationship with Communication team to provide key massage for visibility , keep connection with support team to have idea about budget execution, take initiative for advocacy issue and strengthen network in health sector. S/he will work for enhance capacity of staff. Maintain communication with different operation team, Monitoring and Evaluation team to oversee the work progress is in line projected outcomes, collect best practices and sharing lesson learned. |
Delivery |
The Health Specialist will set indicator to strengthen the community engagement so that they are enabling to change their practice related to health, hygiene, WASH and nutrition, able to receive health services from nearby health service providing organizations and government bodies. Provide technical support to different team and Resource Mobilization Team. Support provide technical support in preparing Concept note , project proposal, support operations team to prepare yearly budget for health , Capacity building team and partners and develop advocacy strategies in the area of health to influence legislative bodies. Build and enhance network with different stake holders. |

Salary: Monthly BDT 90,000 (Ninety Thousand only), subject to deduction of Tax at source; based on salary history and experience.
Other Benefits: According to organizational Human Resources Policy. |
