S/he will be based in the country office with frequent field visits to project areas |
The Officer – Documentation & Reporting, under the direct supervision of the Director of Programs, will support the project team in preparing different reports, case studies, capturing lesson learns and best practices. S/he will also be responsible for documenting the project activities, archiving, developing feature stories, technical documents, case studies, lessons learned, collecting content and other purposes as per organization/program needs.
- S/he will work closely with project teams in different report preparation, documentation of activities, video clips/document, lesson learnt, case study, best practices and research related to project objectives.
- S/he will periodically and/or need based visit the project locations, collect information directly from field staff, beneficiaries, partners and related stakeholders for the support of the project team.
- Work closely with communication and advocacy teams for designing infographics, photo editing, developing a photo library and others in line with technical activities.
- Ensure technical support to the program teams in preparation of different periodic (monthly, quarterly) progress reports, event reports, standard guidelines (program quality criteria), and case study/good practices and submit them to the line management.
- Produce feature, stories and technical documents to present project initiatives to stakeholders and donors through publications, in close collaboration with team.
- Facilitate documentation of the project activities and its process/implementation strategy, progress, challenges, lesson learnt, success and achievements.
- Assist Project Focal in finalization of reporting and documentation.

Master’s in social science, Journalism and Communication or any other relevant subject.
- Position requires both Bangla and English at standard level
