The Assistant Officer – Documentation & Reporting under the direct supervision of Manager – Child Labor Elimination will support project team to prepare different reports and case studies. S/he will also be responsible for documentation of the project activities, case study, lesson learnt etc.
- S/he will work closely with project team in different report preparation, documentation of activities, lesson learnt, case study and research related to project objective.
- S/he will periodically visit the project location, collect information directly from field staff, beneficiaries and related stakeholders for the support of the project team.
- Work with Communication and advocacy team for designing infographics, photo editing and developing a photo library in line with technical activities
- Support to prepare different periodic (monthly, quarterly) progress reports, event reports, standard guidelines (program quality criteria), and case study/good practices and submit them to the line management.
- Produce feature stories and technical documents to present project initiatives to stakeholders through publications, in close collaboration with team.
- Facilitate documentation of the project activities and its process/implementation strategy, progress, challenges, lesson learnt, success.
- Assist Project Focal and Project Coordinator in reporting and documentation finalization.

- Review and Analysis the achievements, challenges and lesson learnt of the given reports before submitting to line manager.
- Prepare different case studies, contents as part of report as well as for publication.
- Prepare different event reports, meeting minutes and occasional reports as required.

- Identify the needs for communication items for the project.
- Develop IEC, need based pedagogical materials by coordinating with the communication team of Educo.
- Prepare project progress presentation/advocacy for Manager-Child Labor Elimination to present internal and external levels.

Master’s in social science, Journalism and Communication or any other relevant subject.
- Position requires both Bangla and English at standard level
Experience and Requirements |
- Minimum 02 Years of experiences in relevant field/role.
