We are seeking an experienced and operationally strong leader to oversee performance across assigned Business Circles. This role will ensure high network availability, safety compliance, efficient field operations, and strong vendor governance while maintaining effective collaboration with customers, regulators, and local stakeholders. The incumbent will drive operational excellence by managing site rollout and acquisition activities, handling escalations, ensuring SLA compliance, and maintaining financial control at the circle level.
