Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure smooth, efficient, and target-oriented production.
• Perform routine operation and minor maintenance of Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
• Operate ancillary equipment such as Chillers and Air Compressors (both Low and High Pressure).
• Ensure machine and workplace safety by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records in accordance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and promptly notify the maintenance department of any major breakdowns through proper channels.
• Perform proper handover and takeover of the shift, providing all necessary operational updates to the reliever.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor.

Qualification:

• HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 7–8 years of hands-on experience operating Sidel Blow Moulding Machines is preferred.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 32 years.
