Job Responsibilities
- Ensure first level HR support to the line management in recruiting, on-boarding, career planning, performance appraisal, contract renewal, transfer etc.
- Ensure all administrative supports like office services, travel services, accommodation, transport services and catering services towards the smooth operation of the factory.
- Maintain and control HR & Admin issues of Contractual & Lease factory employees and Over Time Analytics - On Roll & Off Roll
- Manage Employee Welfare and programs to make the workplace interesting.
- To ensure the learning and development needs of factory-based employees are met through various kinds of training, learning programs and activities.
- Handling grievance and disciplinary action at factory
- Maintaining & Execution of company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policy.
- Erasure best work relationships between management and employees.
- Ensure Legal compliance issues and update all licenses, returns and registers in line with existing rules and regulations of Bangladesh.
- To ensure day to day security function in all respect and contractors’ management.
- Any other tasks assign by the management.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate, BBA/MBA from reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years of relevant experience including 4-5 years in Industrial Relations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Factory HR & Admin will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
- Satisfactory knowledge in Administration & Security system.
- Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking & team player.
- Good Communicate skill in English.
- Adequate knowledge of Office application.
