Assistant Manager- Marketing |
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and implement marketing strategy to drive sales and customer communication through all channels.
- Strategize, review, and execute the overall digital strategy to drive sales through quality leads generation.
- Define the strategic way forward for the brand across all media.
- Align the various streams within digital, ATL, BTL, TTL and manage customer engagement to ensure one brand or multi brands voice as per business needs
- Prepare marketing budgets and ensure cost optimization where possible
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Suggest agency to produce valuable and engaging content for our Facebook Fan page.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, vendors etc.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Evaluate and liaison with media agencies to drive marketing initiatives and promotions
- Align marketing activities of new products by coordinating with stakeholders within and outside the business to provide direction to all marketing efforts
- Manage the health of existing portfolio of brands with respect to numbers and growth so that overall business growth is sustained
Requirements:
- MBA with major in Marketing from reputed Universities.
- 07-08 years of working experience in Marketing functions with FMCG organization.
- Should have strong Digital Knowledge and Exposure.
- Should have exposure of Media Management and Public Relations Experience.
