Main Responsibility
- Should be able to run and manage automated/ semi-automated Edible oil Process Plant independently.
- Should have knowledge of process parameters and control equipment operation.
- Should have knowledge of various oil types, Oil quality, yield of final oil and process loss.
- Ensure proper preventive and breakdown maintenance of the refinery plant.
- Report writing, maintain record as per requirements.
- Maintain the Plant in accordance with Food Safety requirements
- Capability of handling manpower
Requirements:
- HSC/ Diploma/ Vocational Trade Course
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in operating modern production plant
- Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety), BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (Safety) will be added advantage
