The position designed to provide accelerated growth opportunity to talented fresh graduates, hence Sales Trainee Officer (STO) will be the BEOL's one of the key programs to equip our next role to succeed in the increasingly competitive business environment and to ensure that we attain best leadership in the industry. Participants will be undertaken for “12 months” rigorous training process, during various stints they will be exposed to every function of the organization under structured time scheduled. After Successful completion of Sales Trainee Officer (STO) Training period, Sales Trainee Officer (STO) will be placed in anywhere in Bangladesh (requirement & subject to the availability of the position).

Main Responsibility
- Learn & Engage with all department @ Head Office, Sales & Factory
- Learn about primary & secondary Sales & Distribution Coverage
- To plan and achieve the operational target through new initiatives
- Learn about different aspects of the business and different techniques used for sales target achievement
- Implement the organizational policies & strategies
- Be able to make safe working environment & comply with Group Safety Policy to meet organizational long-term goals.
- Observe Toll & Manufacturing Operations
- Analyze Market trend and reporting on price and availability of materials/ products
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates from any recognized local/foreign university/institution (UGC Approved).
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 but no third division or equivalent CGPA at any level acceptable.
- Age at most 25 year(s).
- Sound Knowledge on MS Office will be preferable.
- Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
After Successful completion of Training period, Sales Trainee Officer (STO) will be absorbed in permanent payroll of the company (based on open performance & subject to the availability of the position)
