Position: Assistant Executive-Rice Operations (Business Development)

Main Responsibilities:

• Support in Operational budget.
• Planning & Execution of Material Requirement & for production.
• Ensure planning and execution of preventive/ schedule and breakdown Maintenance for smooth running of Plant.
• Ensure Inventory management of incoming materials, finished goods & spares.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders for necessary incoming materials and services along with required Finished Goods.
• Ensure necessary documentation and record keeping related to processing & packing plant and their maintenance.
• Plan & Ensure Safety & Audit of Operations liaison with Safety & Audit Team.
• Schedule reporting (Daily, Monthly & as per requirement).

Requirements:

• The candidate must have Diploma in Engineering/ Equivalent Technical Education (Electrical/ Electronic discipline preferred) from any recognized Institution.
• 3-5 years’ experience in reputed FMCG/ similar industry. Experience in Paddy/Rice procurement at the field level will be preferred
• Practical working knowledge on Office management in Computer (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point), Email & Internet environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
