To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up below position:
Position: Fabric Technologist
- Develop and source denim & non denim (Woven) fabrics as per buyer requirements.
- Evaluate fabric performance (GSM, shrinkage, stretch, colour fastness, etc.)
- Coordinate with mills for sample, lab dip, and bulk fabric approvals.
- Ensure fabric compliance with washing and finishing standards.
- Monitor fabric testing and resolve quality issues.
- Stay updated on denim trends and sustainable innovations.
Work Station:
110 Lake Drive Road, Sector-7, Dhaka-1230.Bangladesh.
Additional Common Requirements for all the Positions:
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in denim & non denim (Woven) fabric development (preferably for EU/US buyers).
- Strong technical knowledge of denim & non denim (Woven) dyeing, finishing, weaves and fabric behaviour post-wash.
- Experience with sustainable denim and eco-friendly production processes is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in fabric testing protocols and buyer quality standards.
