Job Description / Responsibility
- Documentation Handling: Prepare, review, and manage import/export documents (PI, LC, BL, Invoice, etc.)
- Coordination with Suppliers: Communicate with foreign principals/suppliers for order updates and clarifications
- Client Communication: Support sales/commercial team in communicating with corporate clients
- Bank & LC Operations: Assist in LC applications, amendments, and document submission to banks
- Order Processing: Follow up on order confirmations, shipment status, and delivery timelines
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain proper records of commercial files, contracts, and transaction logs
- Report Preparation: Prepare daily/weekly reports on shipments, pending orders, and payment status
- Compliance Support: Ensure documents align with customs, banking, and trade compliance requirements
- Team Support: Assist senior officers in daily operations and inter-departmental coordination
- Learning & Development: Continuously learn about commercial practices, documentation, and compliance
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
