 POSITION:  OFFICER (FINANCE)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BBA/MBA in Finance or Accounting from any reputed University

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in any reputed Merchant Bank/Brokerage House/Asset Management Company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To prepare daily bills, payment notes & vouchers;
  • To prepare daily client bank reconciliation and follow up daily bank balance;
  • Processing of fund withdrawals as requested by clients with note & voucher;
  • Daily payment of payable (if any) to panel Brokers with note;
  • Cash or Cheque honor in Capita software for clients and brokers;
  • Pay Order processing regarding IPO application for own portfolio and clients' portfolio;
  • VAT & TAX deduction from vendors’ payment as per VAT & Tax Rules;
  • Assist Head of Finance to prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly financial statements of the company;
  • Any other job assigned by the management.
