We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant IT Manager to join our dynamic IT team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, including network architecture, server administration, and cloud solutions.
  • Administer and optimize Windows Server Infrastructure, with a focus on Active Directory, DNS, WDS, WSUS, and Failover Clustering.
  • Design and maintain enterprise network topologies, including VLAN management, VPN configurations, and network security protocols.
  • Administer Office 365 suite and integrate various cloud-based applications into the company environment.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security best practices, configure and maintain firewalls (preferably Sonicwall), and perform cybersecurity audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, system performance, and end-user support (both hardware and software).
  • Lead the IT asset management process, including inventory control, software licensing, and documentation management.
  • Manage IP CCTV systems, including configuration, NVR setup, and integration with security protocols.
  • Assist in the integration and maintenance of IP PBX and PA systems, ensuring optimal communication infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

  • Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, network management, or technical support.
  • Age: Ideal candidates should be between 30 and 35 years old.

  • Certifications: (not Trainings)
    • Vendor certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, VMware VCP) are required.
    • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications in cybersecurity.
    • SonicWall certification or experience is a strong advantage.
    • Office 365 certification and experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.).

Technical Skills & Competencies:

  • Network Administration: Strong expertise in managing corporate enterprise networks, including VLAN, VPN, router and switch configuration, and network performance optimization.
  • Windows Server Infrastructure: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server roles, particularly Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, WDS, WSUS, and Failover Clustering.
  • Cloud Solutions: Proficiency in administering Office 365, Azure, AWS environments, and cloud migration strategies.
  • Cybersecurity: In-depth knowledge of firewall management (preferably Sonicwall), network security, VPNs, and data encryption protocols.
  • Linux Server Administration: Hands-on experience with Ubuntu Server or similar Linux-based systems.
  • Automation & Scripting: Experience with PowerShell scripting, Task Scheduler, and automating system processes.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing helpdesk systems, and providing timely solutions for end-user support.
  • CCTV & Surveillance Systems: Experience in configuring and managing IP cameras, NVRs, and security systems.
  • PBX Systems: Expertise in managing IP PBX, traditional PABX, and PA systems.
  • CAD Software Support: Familiarity with Gerber or similar CAD software in a technical support capacity.
  • IT Asset Management: Experience with ITIL frameworks for asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation of IT assets and processes.
  • Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on analytical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and document technical procedures clearly.
