Job Context
Guide and perform technical support and assistance to contracted growers on all aspects related to Agronomy best practices for mushroom production, from seedling production, fields activities, curing, grading and delivery of the target product on EA`s respective buying stations.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and guide contracted growers in all agronomic practices related to mushroom and dragon fruit production.
- Provide specific training for contracted growers.
- Plan the deliveries of mushroom and dragon fruit and support on buying activities.
- Support on activities related to Agronomy Research.
- Execute all activities aligned with the company principles and directions.
- Deliver the target crop, attending standard of volume, quality and integrity.
- Submit agronomic reports according to line manager request.

- Diploma/B.Sc/ M.Sc in Agriculture from any reputed public Institute/ University
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements

- Bike riding skill is required.
- Driving license is mandatory.
