Job Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge in E-GP schedule fill up, LTM, OTM, D.P.P, RFQ & Joint venture. Should be experienced in E-GP system.
- Able to make budget & costing in all kinds of materials & labour.
- Able to manage and actively participate in the comprehensive project management; including initial survey, design, cost estimates & construction.
- Must be technically sound & high managerial skill to operate high-end commercial building, roads, Bridges,Culverts etc.
- Must be capable in various tender documentation and participation for all the Govt. tender.
- Good PR activities and communication with various Govt. ,non-govt. & all other departments.
- Must be capable in proper planning and preparation of Master work program.
- Must be positive, proactive and hardworking in nature.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering /graduate in any disciplined from any University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Facility Management & High Rising Building.
