RFQ Notice for Long Term Agreement
Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 37 years of experience in working to reduce poverty and improve living standards for disadvantaged communities in remote regions, such as wetlands, coastal belts, urban slums, and deep poverty pockets.
DSK emphasizes community empowerment by building grassroots organizations, or community-based organizations (CBOs), that give marginalized communities a platform to voice their needs and advocate for their rights. In particular, DSK promotes the active participation of poor women, enabling them to influence project planning and implementation and improve access to essential services for sustainable community.
Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK) invites eligible and interested bidders to participate in this RFQ.

Manner of Submission:
- By email to the dedicated and secure email address: procurement@dskbangladesh.org (offers received on other email addresses will not be considered). Submissions should be made before the Closing date & time mentioned above. Companies that do not submit their quotation by this deadline will not be considered.
If you have any questions for the RFQ, please send them via email to procurement.dsk-iom@dskbangladesh.org not later than 05 March 2026.
