Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - HR

+ Involves in the Corporate and Plant HR operational issues.
+ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
+ Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
+ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.

Educational Requirements:
+ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.
